Arnaud advises mainly, businesses, banks and investment funds, about pre-insolvency restructuring and reorganisation operations, out-of-court procedures (ad hoc mandates, conciliation procedures) and insolvency proceedings (judicial safeguarding, rehabilitation, receivership and liquidation).

Arnaud joined FIDAL after having served as managing partner of WTS France, French subsidiary of the German tax & law firm WTS and founder of WTS GLOBAL network, and works fluently in English and French.

Arnaud was awarded a postgraduate degree from University of Paris I (Panthéon Sorbonne) and a Master degree in business law and economics and another Master in tax law both from the University of Paris I (Pantheon Sorbonne).

He is member of the French Institute of Insolvency Practitioners (I.F.P.P.C), INSOL EUROPE and the IBA.

Regularly recognized and ranked by the LEGAL 500, IFLR 1000, ODA and Leaders' league as “Key actor” advisor to Banks investment funds and businesses for "Strategy, restructuring & reorganization” since 2017.
