Unique in the market, our KM department brings together lawyers – both practitioners and academics, at the head office and in the regions – to support the firm’s technical excellence, innovation and client development.
The KM directors and their teams are broken down into 9 departments encompassing the firm’s 17 business law practice areas. They provide a cross-cutting perspective and analysis of the issues raised by our clients. They guarantee our expertise.

Ensure same quality of service for our clients throughout France
Support our clients’ development by devising tailored and scalable service offerings
Participate in standard-setting processes to ensure they are in line with the needs of the economy
Represent the firm before institutions and public administrations
Propose an overall approach to assisting clients on multidisciplinary and cross-cutting issues
Provide a forward-looking analysis of new standards to better identify the issues at stake and their consequences
Develop innovative solutions to transform legal constraints into opportunities
Create innovative digital tools to anticipate clients’ needs and support their transformations
